All A Step Ahead staff attend continuing education courses to improve their knowledge and skills. Continuing education is essential to bring you the latest advances in podiatric care. Our professional staff have gained accreditation through the Australian Podiatry Council and are recognised as Accredited Podiatrists in response to their ongoing education. Podiatrist’s must accrue points through attending continuing education over a restricted period of time, a condition of employment for our staff is they must be Accredited! We have been involved with the universities clinical placement programme for many years, which involves placement of students to observe how podiatrists work in a clinical setting. Our clinic is also involved in sponsorship of post graduate studies. We feel this not only provides support for the individual’s studies, but the entire profession, as research into podiatry will benefit us all. |
Our clinics are professional members of Sports Medicine Australia. We have Sports Podiatrists, Sports trainers and Masseurs offering care at our clinics. Our staff, also pursue education in the care of sporting patients.

We assure you of superior health care and service.
Since 2002 our practice has been involved with the Outback division of general practice NSW (Outback GP’S) fly in / fly out regional and remote services.
On a regular basis our podiatrists jump in a little plane, 4 seats - yes its little, and head to the “outback”. A regular clinic is run in Bourke, Brewarrina, Cobar, Engonia, Lightning Ridge, Walget and other outback towns in the region.
The clinic services the entire local community but focuses on patients who most need to see the podiatrist. These tend to be patients with diabetes , many with or at high risk of developing ulcerations .
We have also had the opportunity to bring more specialist care to the area, with podiatrists from Liverpool, Concord, and RPA high risk foot clinics attending on some of our visits to assist with education of the area’s GP’s, hospital and community health nurses and Aboriginal health workers.
